Chris Coetzee obtained the degrees BA(Cum Laude) and LLB(Cum Laude) from the North West University(then Potchefstroom University for Chistian Higher Education), during 1988 and 1990 respectively.
He was admitted as an attorney in 1994. In 1996 he was also admitted as a conveyancer.During 1999, Chris was appointed as a Notary Public. He is admitted to appear in the High Court of South Africa.
Chris is Managing Director at the firm, and mainly concentrates on Property Law, Commercial Law and High Court Litigation.

Louis obtained the degree LLB from the University of South Africa during 2002 and was admitted as an attorney in 2004.
Louis is a litigation expert and practices as a such in various courts, ranging from the Magistrates Court to the Constitutional Court. Louis mainly concentrates on Commercial and Family Law litigation. He is admitted to appear in the High Court of South Africa and is a long-standing member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces( now the LPC).
Nilufer obtained her Bachelors of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2013. She was admitted as an attorney in 2015 with rights of appearance in the High court of South Africa.
Nilufer joined the team in 2018 in the litigation department and is now also part of the conveyancing department. She specialises in High Court civil litigation and commercial law. Her areas of interest are conveyancing, litigation, estates, mining law as well as family law.
Having obtained her Bachelors of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Witwatersrand, she joined our team and our litigation department in 2017.
She was admitted as an Attorney in 2019 and shortly thereafter obtained right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. In 2022, she was Admitted as a Notary Public.
Her areas of interest are High Court and Magistrate Court Civil Litigation, Family Law, Commercial Law, offering of Notarial services and Evictions. She has extensive experience in general High Court Civil Litigation.
Fields of interest and expertise: commercial civil litigation as well as individual pecuniary civil litigation.
Experience: Drafting Magistrates Court and High Court litigation since 2019.
Personal interests: An appreciation for post-classical history as well as late modern period history, political philosophy and economics. His interpretation of economic history has led to a great appreciation for the need to enforce and protect an individual’s pecuniary rights.
Chantel is in charge of overseeing finances, HR, looking after our staff, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
She has been part of our team for 18 years and achieved her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in financial management at Unisa in 2012.
